We can offer you the latest classes including Body & Mind- a combination of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates that will leave you rejuvenated- The Ride- a spin class that is great for all levels takes you on an adventure of endurance and strength- or Power Hour- a combination of weights and cardio that will give you the complete workout! Other popular classes include: Pilates, Stability Ball, Boxercise, and new to the schedule, Dance Jam! With classes starting at 6:00am Monday to Friday, we can fit fun into anyone's schedule.
