Join us Monday to Friday from 5:30AM - 10:00PM, Saturday from 8:00AM - 8:00PM, and Sunday from 8:00AM - 6:00PM at our Kelowna location, or Monday to Thursday from 5:30AM - 10:00PM, Friday from 5:30AM - 8:00PM, and Saturday/Sunday from 8:00AM - 6:00PM at our Westside location for fantastic group fitness!
