Return Policy

Our return policy differs depending on the product sold. Memberships paid in full, tanning lotions, cooler drinks, Go Cards and protein shakes are not refundable. Clothing can be returned for in store credit when unworn and unwashed, tag attached and with the original receipt. Personal Training sessions and Boot Camp packages require 24 hours notice in order to cancel. Any sessions missed with less than 24 hours notification are forfeited and are non-refundable. Tanning, Infrared Sauna, World Gym Memberships and World of Rewards advertising packages are non-refundable and if administration deems possible, we may allow in store credit.

Store Policies

World Gym unconditionally guarantees all products we sell at our facilities to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We will gladly replace defective items or issue a refund if desired. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, don't hesitate to contact customer service.  We will gladly exchange any item that you're not completely satisfied with. Please note the following return guidelines.

  • Merchandise must be returned in original condition within 14 days of purchase (Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return).

Exchanges/Returns

Defective Merchandise:  Flaws in materials/workmanship or shipment of wrong size, color or item originally ordered.

Refunds

If a refund is desired, a credit will be issued to the customer’s credit card upon receipt of returned merchandise (usually within 10 business days).
