Hi, my name is Tyler and I am very passionate about my own fitness level. I am equally passionate about helping others achieve their goals.

My educational background includes a science degree with advanced weight training, as well as multiple national and internationally recognized fitness certifications, dating back to the year 2000. While studying Biochemistry, I participated in collegiate baseball at Washington State University, and Central Arizona College.

By combining the latest exercise science with a dash of old school training, my programs will maximize efficiency along with core function and total body fitness. Together we will come up with tangible goals, and a well-thought plan, to keep you moving in the right direction.

Alexia has been an avid, competitive triathlete since 2002, with racing highlights that include being a 2 time off-road triathlon national champion, a 2-time finisher of Ironman Arizona, a 2-time finisher of the Xterra World Championship and the Xterra USA Championship. Alexia is also a freelance writer and is currently working on her first triathlon book.

Alexia enjoys working with all varieties of clients from young to vintage, inexperienced and highly developed. Alexia loves working with people who are motivated to achieve excellent health and a better life. My passion in life is sport and fitness. Staying in shape is something I have come to enjoy and I believe I can spread this desire to others through efficient and well-organized exercise programs.

I have competed at the provincial level in both hockey and track and field. I spent the last 6 years skiing all over western Canada and Australia. I've had the privilege of learning skiing and coaching from the best ski pro’s and coaches in the business and have seen how the best go about it. I have worked with the public as well as athletes ranging from entry level to the elite and spent time designing training methods to achieve their specific goals. Spending the last 6 years as an elite skier has given me a wealth of experience in sport training and the latest methods in developing peak performance.

Whether you’re looking to have some fun and get into better shape or looking to have that extra edge in your sport, I will design a program that fits your schedule and matches your goals. My programs will be designed based on the latest research and techniques to bring you optimal results in the shortest time possible.

- I was never a runner. I hated running in high school and never enjoyed it. Then in university I tried to get into running once again found it difficult and hated it. It was a goal of mine to run a marathon before I turned 40. So after my 39th birthday, I joined a gym and met Blossom. She designed a weight training program to supplement my running program. With Blossom’s help I was able to achieve my goal and ran my first marathon in May of 2008. Shortly afterwards I set my goals on longer running events, called ultra-marathons and completed my first 100km ultra-marathon 6 months later. With continued help from Blossom, I had the strength and endurance to compete in the world’s coldest and toughest ultra-marathon, called the Yukon Arctic Ultra Marathon in February 2009. The Yukon Arctic Ultra Marathon is an un-supported ultra-marathon which means you have to pull all of your supplies and gear through the race. I was able to finish as the top Canadian in the 160km division in a time of 49 hours and 35 minutes!! Thanks to Blossom I was able to achieve my goals… and you can too!!
