All our instructors have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience or have gone through our exclusive WG instructor practicum. They are all BCRPA certified and many of them are personal trainers. All are experienced in more than one module such as weight training, third age, Pilates, Yoga, Kickboxing, Spin, Bosu. Ryan Brown
Ryan started Personal Training
over 9 years ago, and has been actively involved in the fitness realm
for most of his life. Throughout the duration of college he lost over
70 pounds of fat, and gained 50 pounds of lean muscle tissue! By the
end of his college Fitness Leadership Diploma, Ryan had built enough
strength to win a Canadian National Powerlifting Gold Medal.
He knows what it takes, and how hard it really is first hand to achieve
your goals in today's day and age. His success stories range from

Kim Pflieger
Kim has been teaching fitness for over 20 years and has taught just about everything except kick-boxing!
She has been a boot-camp instructor, spin instructor and has been working for over 13 years with all types of post rehab, general fitness and sports specific training. She is innovative and willing to train anywhere (with no equipment).
She is passionate about snow and water skiing, and is presently studying to become a Cardiology Technologist. She presently also teaches fitness theory at Okanagan College.
